Provide any screenshots for your account if you have issues with account balance or other issues as proof so we can fix the issue. The reason our system does an automatic task each day's check for accounts that haven’t logged in in 3 years or 730 days. We do this to keep our website/service running smooth by clearing out inactive accounts.
